Delivery and returns

Books are posted from the UK by Royal Mail to UK addresses only. Postage is worked out at the checkout from the weight of your parcel, and shown before you pay.

Postage rates

Delivery is to United Kingdom addresses only. Standard picture books weigh about 130 g (1 to 3 books are £3.00, 4 books are £4.00, 5 books or the set of five are £5.00, and 6 or more books up to 2 kg are £6.00). Orders heavier than 2 kg, and all school, nursery and council orders, go through the bulk order form so I can find you the best rate.

Dispatch and delivery times

I normally post within three working days. UK parcels usually arrive within a week of dispatch. Deliveries are currently available to United Kingdom addresses only.

Returns and cancellation

You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your books. Email heathermaisner@yahoo.co.uk, then send the books back in resaleable condition within 14 days. I refund the book price and standard postage within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is yours to pay unless the books are faulty or wrong, in which case I refund that too. Full details are in the terms of sale.

Damaged in the post

If a book arrives damaged, email me a photo and I will send a replacement straight away.
